The property encompasses 20 acres of Interstate frontage, which features a corporate office, semi-truck-trailer parking, and a state of the art Maintenance facility. The grounds are well maintained and offers the view of an 3 acre lake, surrounded by a paved walking path. The path serves the employees and visitors an area to relax and take a break during the day.
